Petite Session: $200 / 20 min
Demi Session: $325 / 30 min
2-3 looks suggested
Full Session: $425/ 1 hr
4-5 looks suggested
GRANDÉ Session: $575 / 1.5 hrs
Unlimited looks
theTOUR: $300/dancer
Multiple looks/locations/backgrounds
6 dancers maximum per group
ALL gallery images are INDIVIDUAL- we take turns shooting- while one dancer is changing,
the next is shooting, and so on.
There is a MAXIMUM of 6 dancers per group-
ensuring each dancer receives adequate time and attention to create.
Indoor Session:
Regular session fee + Studio rental fee
(Rental fee will vary depending on studio/session type/length/etc.)
Dancers are encouraged to wear ANY brand/styles that they feel comfortable in;
A "SESSION PREP GUIDE" will be emailed out once your contract and invoice are returned.
An additional $50 non-refundable retainer fee is required upon booking to secure your spot.
Your session spot is not confirmed until a signed contract and retainer are paid within 24hrs of contract delivery.
theTOUR Booking FALL 2026
With the growth and demand for sessions with Gray Arrows Photography,
each travel city on theTOUR will have the opportunity to shoot with Gray Arrows Photography in a SMALL, INCLUSIVE group setting,
(theTOUR) with multiple outfit changes and looks/locations/backgrounds.
These sessions are designed for local dancers + dancers in town for conventions-
You do NOT have to be attending the convention/competition event to book a shoot.
All sessions take place within walkable distance to the convention site, to allow dancer’s to fit it into their busy weekend schedule.
Session times MAY be adjusted once those attending the convention receive their schedule.
