theCOMPANY is the most INNOVATIVE National Ambassador Program, made up of carefully SELECTED DANCERS of ALL ages throughout the country to REPRESENT GRAY | ARROWS PHOTOGRAPHY LLC. 

theCOMPANY is composed of 3 levels - theCOMPANYpetites (NEW for upcoming season 2024/2025), theCOMPANYartists, and theCOMPANYelites.

ALL programs are active in the social media dance community, positive role models in their studios and at conventions, dancers that are continuously training, teachable, and are actively interested in learning and growing their dance photography portfolio. 

ALL theCOMPANY dancers receive coaching from one of the top PROFESSIONAL Dance Photographer’s in the nation WITH a PROFESSIONAL Dance Background and Dance Degree , priority session booking, earn discounted sessions, priority editing turnarounds, and are recognized frequently on Gray Arrows and Dancewear brands social media pages/website. 

These three programs are by INVITE ONLY- Dancers are scouted throughout the year at sessions.

theCOMPANYtrainees

theCOMPANYtrainees is the most comprehensive and innovative ambassador MENTORSHIP program (designed for AGES 10+) those who are just beginning their dance photography journey, and those who are well on their way! 

Dancers do not necessarily have to be current clients; however, it is expected that you shoot during your mentorship. 

If chosen, Dancers must commit to a 6month term- July-December 2024.

There is a minimal fee for the program.
