theTOUR Fall ‘24/Winter ‘25

Effective SEPTEMBER 1, 2024

With the growth and demand for sessions with Gray Arrows Photography, 

this Fall 2024 we will be kicking off NEW and EXCITING changes for all theTOUR opportunities!

Each city in theTOUR will have the opportunity to shoot with Gray Arrows Photography in a small, INCLUSIVE group setting, ensuring each dancer receives adequate time and attention to create, with multiple outfit changes and looks/locations! (Dancers CAN signup for more than 1 group session) 

theTOUR Booking

All theTOUR travel sessions will be released via website and Instagram.

Once released, they can be scheduled via email, first come first serve.

*An additional $50 non-refundable booking retainer, as well as a signed contract/invoice within 48hrs of receipt,

or your session will be released back out for booking.

Dance Convention Individual Demi Sessions

Select cities-those based around Convention/Competition dates-will also have a LIMITED number of individual sessions available! 

You do NOT have to be attending the event to book a shoot.

These sessions are designed for local dancers + dancers in town for the events.

All sessions take place within walkable distance to the convention site, to allow dancer’s to fit it into their busy weekend schedule.

Session times MAY be adjusted once those attending the convention receive their schedule. 

Dance Studio / Large Group Booking 

All dance studios will have a flat rate, hourly fee.

Large groups will consist of individual + group images.

A 2hr minimum is required to book.
